Satakunta University of Applied Sciences SAMK

Bachelor of Engineering, Robotics

Pori, Finland Taught in English Open to international students

About the Program

The Robotics Engineering degree programme at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences SAMK trains students to design, build, and integrate fully automated robotic systems. Rather than focusing on individual components in isolation, the curriculum takes a systems-level view, covering industrial robots, collaborative cobots, mobile automation, and machine vision as interconnected parts of broader engineering solutions. A central part of the programme is the RoboAI joint-use laboratory, where students gain hands-on experience working with real robotic equipment. The curriculum is project-based, connecting students directly with local industrial companies to solve practical engineering problems, build prototypes, and develop professional networks before graduation. The four-year programme begins in September 2027 and is based at SAMK in Pori.
