Bachelor of Nursing

For Bachelor of Nursing, the application deadline is 9 December, 2025; tuition is Wollongong/On Campus: $19968 (2026) per session, $119808 (2026) total course fee (international).

Graduates become registered nurses and can work as Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Educators, Critical Care Nurses, Mental Health Nurses or in primary health care, employed by public hospitals, private health providers, community organisations and research institutions. Recent graduates report 91 % full-time employment within four months of completing the degree.

The programme is for students who have completed at least 13 years of schooling in Australia (or equivalent) with an ATAR of 65 or higher, and for holders of an approved Diploma of Nursing who are currently registered as Enrolled Nurses with AHPRA and wish to gain credit for up to 48 points to enter directly into second year. The course includes 21 weeks of professional workplace experience in hospitals, aged-care and community settings, allowing you to apply theory to practice.

You study nursing theory, professional practice and complete 21 weeks of clinical placement.
