Basic Food and Beverage

The Basic Food and Beverage program is a non-degree course for individuals passionate about hospitality, offered in English and lasting three months. It helps students gain practical knowledge in food and beverage service, enhancing their skills for success in restaurants and catering establishments.

The curriculum covers essential topics like basic service skills, food and beverage manners, and communication with customers. Students will learn practical components such as mise-en-place, meal setting, and service techniques, as well as menu writing and napkin folding.

Graduates can pursue roles like Food and Beverage Server, Restaurant Host, Catering Assistant, and Barista, with skills transferable across hotels, restaurants, and event management companies.
