The Psychosoziale Beratung is supported by dedicated staff including Thomas Ontrup and Susanne Kremkau, who provide counselling for students facing a variety of challenges.

Students can receive psychological and psychosocial support from the AStA, addressing issues like study organisation, health concerns, and personal crises. The Kölner Studierendenwerk offers additional services, including online psychological and social counselling, as well as a phone line for studying with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
