The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a four-year baccalaureate degree in business for students interested in careers in the fields of Accounting, Business, and Marketing. The degree provides a solid foundation of theory and practical knowledge with specialized courses in each of the three concentrations. The BBA is highly applied in that students work closely with organizations, applying their knowledge to business situations as they learn. The degree program may be completed on a full-time (4 years) or part-time basis and it is designed to offer maximum flexibility in delivery methods and schedules. Many courses, particularly at the third-and fourth-year level, are offered in the evenings, on weekends and online. The program offers a mix of classroom lectures, guest speakers, industry experts, and field trips. This combination provides students with the opportunity to build business contacts. Langara School of Management The Langara School of Management is pleased to be able to deliver Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) and Diploma programs that provide a strong business foundation as well as specialization in a variety of business fields. First-Year Entry By applying to the School of Management BBA programs and entering in year 1, you have the option of completing a BBA Degree, exiting after two years with a diploma, or earning both the BBA and a diploma. All our programs offer Co-operative Education options. Third-Year Entry Students with previous business education may enter the School of Management BBA programs in year 3.
