    This program is designed for recent graduates and career changers seeking skills in human resources. Students learn to manage recruitment, performance systems, and employee development. They gain knowledge in workplace wellness and organizational health and safety. Hands-on learning includes case competitions and industry interactions.

    6 Semesters (3 Years), Full-time, Hybrid delivery, Optional Co-op.

    Graduates can work as human resources administrators, specialists, recruiters, compensation analysts, or HRIS specialists.

    Prior education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. English proficiency required: IELTS 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, or TOEFL iBT 79 with minimum scores per section. Required documents: official transcripts, proof of English proficiency.

    On-campus, Hybrid, Full-time, 3 Years.
