Business Administration – Human Resources

This program is designed for recent graduates and career changers seeking skills in human resources. Students learn to prepare recruitment plans and implement performance management systems. They gain knowledge in employee onboarding, training, and organizational development. The curriculum includes hands-on learning through case competitions and industry interactions.

6 Semesters (3 Years), Full-time, Hybrid delivery, Optional Co-op.

Graduates can work as human resources administrators, specialists, recruiters, compensation analysts, pensions and benefits administrators, occupational health and safety officers, or HRIS specialists.

Prior education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. English proficiency required: IELTS 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, or TOEFL iBT 79 with minimum scores per section. Required documents: official transcripts, proof of English proficiency, application form.

Hybrid, Full-time, 3 Years.
