Bachelor in Business Administration

Kayseri, Turkey Taught in English Open to international students

About the Program

Business Administration gives students a broad foundation across management, finance, marketing, accounting, and organizational behavior, preparing them to work across different functional areas of a company or to launch their own business. Core coursework covers financial and managerial accounting, microeconomics and macroeconomics, marketing principles, human resource management, and business law, building a rounded understanding of how organizations are run and how decisions get made. Students also study strategic management and operations, along with increasingly common coursework in digital business and data-informed decision making that reflects how technology has changed many business functions. Case study analysis is a frequent teaching method, where students work through realistic business scenarios and propose solutions, building analytical and decision-making skills directly applicable to workplace settings. Group projects and presentations appear regularly throughout the program, developing communication and teamwork skills alongside the technical business content covered in lectures. Many programs include an entrepreneurship component that encourages students to think about starting and scaling new ventures in addition to working within established organizations. Because the field is broad, students typically use elective coursework to build depth in an area such as finance, marketing, or human resources before they graduate. Graduates pursue careers across nearly every industry, in roles such as management trainee, marketing associate, financial analyst, human resources specialist, and operations coordinator, and the degree also supports further specialized graduate business study. This bachelor's program is taught in English over 4 years at Abdullah Gül University in Kayseri, Turkey. Studying business in English prepares graduates for an international business environment where English is the common language of reporting and cross-border commerce.
