Business Administration is offered as a 4 year bachelor program at Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University in Adana, Turkey, taught in English. The discipline provides broad training in how organizations are structured, financed, and managed, covering core areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations management, and organizational behavior. Coursework typically introduces microeconomics and macroeconomics alongside statistics and business communication before moving into more applied subjects such as strategic management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy. Case studies and group projects are common teaching methods, since business administration emphasizes applying theory to realistic organizational problems and decision making. As students progress through the program, they often choose electives that let them focus on areas such as finance, marketing, or international business, building toward a broader understanding of how these functions interact within a company. Being located in Adana, a city with an active commercial and agricultural economy, provides students with a regional business context that can inform coursework and projects. Graduates of business administration programs pursue careers across many sectors, including roles in corporate management, marketing, finance, human resources, and entrepreneurship, as well as positions in consulting and public sector organizations. The broad, generalist training also prepares graduates for further study, including graduate business degrees, should they choose to specialize later in their careers. English-medium instruction supports graduates in working with international business literature, communicating with global partners, and pursuing careers or further education in international settings.
