Graduates from the Cand.merc. i Virksomhedsledelse programme often enter careers as management consultants, project managers, or finance specialists in the private and public sectors.

The programme, which lasts for 2 years, is the only of its kind in Denmark to focus on leadership and strategic innovation. The curriculum includes modules like 'Ledelse' and 'Videregående organisation og forandring' (Advanced Organisation and Change), as well as a specialisation project of 30 ECTS.

The programme also offers a double degree option with Christian Albrechts Universität zu Kiel, and practice and exchange opportunities.
