Social Intervention starts with the module Problemforståelser, sociale interventioner og deltageres hverdagsliv. Students are trained to facilitate meaningful changes and design interventions for complex social problems, engaging with citizens, professionals, volunteers, institutions, and organizations. The programme draws on perspectives from pedagogy, psychology, and social sciences, equipping students with practical skills for social change projects, such as those in welfare institutions, voluntary organizations, and municipal administrations. Students gain experience in fieldwork, interviews, and action research, and work with partners like We Do Democracy, Foreningen Lige Adgang, and Røde Kors, as well as various municipalities and councils.
