The Capacité en Droit is a 2 year programme at University Paris-Panthéon-Assas, starting at Paris's Centre Vaugirard 1. It aims to provide a basic legal culture, opening doors for further studies and professional opportunities in law. It is especially designed to help non-baccalaureate students enter the first or second years of a law license, depending on their performance, with at least 15/20 average over the two years. The programme accommodates students aged 17 and above, making it accessible to mature learners and those with professional commitments.
