Master in Chimie et sciences du vivant

In collaboration with partners like the Institute Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique alimentaire (ISIPCA), the Chimie et sciences du vivant programme offers two 2-year pathways in alternance focusing on natural cosmetic raw materials and formulation, sensory evaluation, and analysis for the perfume, cosmetic, and food flavoring industries.

Students will gain expertise in natural ingredients, their extraction, analysis, and regulatory compliance, as well as the principles of formulation, sensory evaluation, and marketing.

The MPNC pathway

This pathway specifically targets those with a background in biology, chemistry, or both, providing a unique blend of scientific and professional skills tailored to the needs of the natural cosmetics industry. Students will engage in projects that integrate scientific research with industry applications, preparing them for roles in R&D, quality control, and product development. Students work approximately 4-6 weeks of courses at the university and in school and 6-8 weeks in an enterprise, including a 3-5 month consecutive period in enterprises at some point during the formation.
