Chinese Language Program

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, founded in 1956 and based in Chengdu, is renowned as a cradle of China's electronic industry and a leading center for electronic information research. The Chinese Language Program is a non-degree program at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, lasting one semester. It's for international students who want to learn Chinese language and culture.

The curriculum includes Chinese language courses, regional culture study, museum visits, and folk custom experiences. Students take 16-20 class hours of Chinese language courses per week and participate in activities to help them master Chinese knowledge and understand Chinese civilization.

After completing the program, students can pursue careers such as Chinese Language Teacher, Cultural Ambassador, Tour Guide, Translator, or International Business Consultant. They can work in industries like education, tourism, or international trade, and for employers such as language schools, cultural institutions, or multinational companies.
