This programme is designed for recent high school graduates and career changers. Students study civil engineering principles with a focus on construction or water resources. They gain hands-on experience through labs, field assignments, and co-op work terms. The curriculum includes surveying, project management, materials testing, and applied research.

Graduates work as civil engineering design technologists, traffic technologists, building inspectors, materials testing technologists, estimators, project coordinators, environmental protection officers, and water analysts.

Grade 12 with Pre-Calculus 30 or Math A30, B30, and C30. English language requirement. Alternative admission available via ACCUPLACER© scores: Arithmetic 250, Advanced Algebra and Functions 240, Quantitative Reasoning 256, Reading 250, Writing 245.
