This program is for recent graduates and career changers interested in the built environment. Students study highway, municipal and building design, soil mechanics, building codes, materials testing and surveying. They use software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS in hands-on learning. Graduates work on capstone projects and technical reports that reflect their acquired skills.

6 Semesters (3 Years), Full-time, Co-op Option Available.

Graduates enter roles such as civil engineering technologist, survey technologist, project co-ordinator, construction inspector, and estimator.

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum grade of C (60%) in Strength of Materials. English language proficiency required: IELTS 6.0 overall, with no band below 5.5, or equivalent.
