Each week you will be in a lab or virtual environment writing infrastructure-as-code scripts, configuring virtual servers, and managing networking and security settings. You will complete hands-on tasks such as automating the deployment of cloud resources, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting services, often working in small groups to simulate real-world DevOps teams.

The programme focuses on cloud computing, covering topics from virtualisation and hybrid cloud integration to data-centre operations, security, and legal considerations. It builds on a prior honours degree in computing or equivalent experience, and aims to develop the technical and analytical skills needed for roles such as cloud architect, engineer, or services developer.
