This Master's program focuses on the 'Projets collectifs en conduite du changement' module, preparing students to navigate the complexities of organisational change through a combination of sociological theory and practical experience. The curriculum includes a two-month mid-year internship, during which students can gain professional experience and conduct fieldwork for their research projects, alongside a rigorous exploration of qualitative and quantitative data.

Through a variety of teaching methods, students learn to apply sociological theories to understand and manage changes in the workplace, from technological advancements to shifts in workplace culture. By the end of the first year, students are well-versed in conducting organisational diagnostics and are equipped to pursue further specialisation in the second year, which is completed in partnership with a professional organisation.

The program also emphasises the importance of health and safety at work and social dialogue, ensuring that students are prepared to handle the multifaceted aspects of organisational change with a holistic approach.
