About the Program

Consulting for Dynamic Innovation is a short non-degree course that examines how firms use dynamic capabilities to innovate iteratively, drawing on lessons from both failures and successes. The course addresses how innovation emerges from ecosystems made up of established companies, start-ups, universities, research institutions, investors, government agencies, and consultants. The course is divided into two parts. A virtual reading week introduces participants to current issues in management consulting before the on-site programme in Berlin runs from 4 to 17 January. During the on-site phase, students take part in classroom sessions, visit innovation spaces, and work on a real client challenge. The course is offered at HWR Berlin (Berlin School of Economics and Law) in Berlin, Germany.
