Consulting-Oriented Controlling

The Consulting-Oriented Controlling module at Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their consulting skills in the field of controlling. This six-month program is offered at both the Mannheim and Schwerin campuses. It is ideal for employees of the Federal Employment Agency who have a relevant educational background and at least two years of practical experience in controlling. The program combines analytical knowledge with current methods of labor market analysis and controlling.

Participants will engage with subjects such as labor market analysis, innovative controlling instruments, and consulting approaches. The curriculum is inter-disciplinary and application-oriented, drawing from economics, business administration, and consulting sciences. Students will attend three in-person sessions and complete additional content through distance learning. This structure allows for a flexible learning experience while ensuring that participants can apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

Upon completion, graduates receive a participation certificate and 5 ECTS credits. This qualification opens doors to various roles, including Regional Controller, Financial Consultant, and Advisory Roles in Controlling. Graduates can find opportunities within the Federal Employment Agency and other organizations that require expertise in controlling and consulting.
