Master in Corso Valori Identitari

This Corso di Perfezionamento runs for 80 hours of instruction plus 70 hours of internship, from June to July, at the Università degli Studi di Udine in Udine. It is designed to explore the saperi del Friuli, from historic and cultural assets to ethnographic and linguistic aspects. Special attention is given to the alimentary culture, conviviality, and communication, with an eye on the production, transformation, and control of the food production chain.

The course also focuses on the marketing alimentare and the economic implications of the enogastronomic tourism and the typical 'made in Italy'. Participants will gain an understanding of how the dinamiche delle aziende e delle istituzioni operate, developing the ability to intervene innovatively in these areas. The course culminates in a final exam and includes cultural visits to the City of Udine, San Daniele del Friuli, and Fagagna.
