Graduates from the Computer Science and Engineering (Csie) master's programme at Chang Gung University often go on to careers in tech giants and start-ups in Taiwan and worldwide. Some alumni have won awards like the National Science Council's Undergraduate Research and Creation Award, or the Global Health Innovation Hackathon. The programme's curriculum is designed to cover both hardware and software applications in computer science, as evidenced by the Swallowing and Chewing Analysis System. The Department encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, with recent graduates developing a health innovation solution, RTiC, which has been approved for patent and clinical trials. With a strong focus on research and innovation, the programme prepares students for roles in AI, software engineering, and health technology.
