Dance in Education

The Dance in Education program at the Academy of Theatre and Dance is designed for aspiring dance educators. This non-degree program offers a unique opportunity to engage with experienced teachers and gain practical insights into the world of dance education. The orientation day, known as the DD Experience, allows participants to immerse themselves in the curriculum and experience lessons firsthand. This program is ideal for students who are passionate about dance and wish to inspire others through teaching.

During the DD Experience, participants will engage in physical practice lessons that focus on developing dance skills and stamina. The program includes rhythmic-dynamic basic training, which is essential for building a strong foundation in dance. Additionally, fourth-year students contribute to the program, providing a peer perspective that enriches the learning experience.
