Master in Data and Discourse Studies

Data and Discourse Studies is a four-semester master's programme that examines the relationship between language, knowledge, and society. The programme focuses on methodological competence in handling digital research data in the humanities and social sciences, primarily working with linguistic and visual data such as texts and images. It addresses the growing need for methods that not only measure and categorise data but also explain and interpret it. Entry is available in both winter and summer semesters. The programme is offered at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Darmstadt, Germany.
