Dental Assisting

If you have completed Grade 12 with strong results in Biology and English, enjoy working in a client-focused, team-oriented environment and possess attention to detail, good decision-making and communication skills, the Dental Assisting certificate may be a fit.

The programme delivers weekly classroom and lab sessions plus hands-on training in the newly renovated on-campus Dental Clinic, where you practice chair-side support and intra-oral procedures under supervision. Over the year you also complete four weeks of external clinical placements, gaining real-world experience in private practices or community settings.
