Designing with Open Educational Resources (OER) is a non-degree program that helps students learn about Open Education. It is an online program taught in English and lasts several weeks.

The curriculum teaches students how to identify, evaluate, design, and publish OER, and covers Creative Commons attributions. Students gain skills in resource evaluation and design, and learn through online activities.
