This ACEND-accredited Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Registered Dietitian Track program prepares students to become registered dietitians. It focuses on advanced knowledge in nutrition support for critical care patients, leadership in shaping nutrition health policies, and the ethical roles of health professionals. Prerequisite undergraduate courses in nutrition, biochemistry, food science, and statistics are also required.
