Graduates are qualified to take the Registration Examination for Dietitians and become registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs). The programme combines master's-level coursework with a minimum of 1,050 supervised experiential learning hours. Students begin hands-on training in their first semester and complete core rotations in medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, and management. The curriculum integrates academic study with practical experience in clinical, community, and food service settings.

Focus areas include Medical Nutrition Therapy, Community Nutrition, Management, Private Practice, Nutrition and Mental Health, Sports Nutrition.

The programme requires a total of 1050 supervised experiential learning hours integrated across five semesters. Students complete master's-level coursework, core rotations, and an optional elective rotation. The programme is structured over five semesters with a hybrid delivery format combining online and on-campus instruction.

Graduates enter roles as registered dietitian nutritionists in clinical, community, food service, and private practice settings.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum 2.75 GPA. Non-nutrition degree holders must complete prerequisite courses in subjects like organic and biochemistry, human physiology, and nutrition principles. All application materials must be submitted through DICAS by February 15, 2027, for fall 2027 admission.

Hybrid delivery with online and on-campus classes; offered days, evenings, and online; part-time study allowed up to 150% of program length; based in Milwaukee with online course options. For international students, tuition is below the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 93% of applicants.
