Master in Distributed, Parallel, and Quantum Computing (M1 DiPaQ)

The M1 DiPaQ programme at Université Paris-Saclay focuses on high-performance computing (HPC), distributed and quantum computing. This is a one-year master's program.

Students delve into the intricacies of parallel, distributed, and quantum computing, gaining expertise in designing solutions for applications in artificial intelligence (IA), big data analysis, quantum computing, and scientific computing. The curriculum includes twelve fundamental courses and practical modules, as well as a project, an optional summer school, and a course on sustainable development.

Students are exposed to the research ecosystem of Paris-Saclay, which includes numerous laboratories and industrial partners.

The M1 DiPaQ can lead to further studies in the M2 DiPaC programme, focusing on HPC and distributed computing with specializations in IA/big data or hybrid classical/quantum computing, or the M2 QMI programme, specializing in quantum information technologies.
