    About the Program

This programme allows engineering students from partner institutions in France or Belgium to earn a Canadian master's degree while completing their final year of engineering studies. It is structured as a 12-month extension of study at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, where students take courses and complete a thesis or project. The programme is delivered on-campus and requires full-time enrollment.

Students choose from about 30 master's programmes across 18 engineering and project management fields. They can select either a research-based or course-based track. The final project or thesis typically replaces the required internship for their original engineering diploma. All coursework is recognized by both the home institution and ÉTS.

Admission is open to students who have completed their first year of engineering (M1 level) and are enrolled at a signed partner institution. Students must get approval from their home school before applying. The programme starts in autumn, winter, or summer sessions, with application deadlines of March 1, July 1, and December 1 respectively.
