Graduates of the Du Antibiotherapie programme go on to careers in a variety of medical and healthcare settings. They are especially equipped to handle infections, focusing on the correct usage of anti-infective agents, and are involved in medical and pharmacy practice, including hospital settings, general practice, and as interns or specialists.

This programme consists of eight seminars, with a total of 120 hours of instruction, divided over four modules that cover common infections and two optional modules tailored to the student's area of practice. These modules cover a range of topics, including generalities, urinary and osteo-articular infections, respiratory and nervous system infections, severe and digestive infections, cardiovascular and particular terrain infections, and endocarditis and mycobacterial infections. There is also an optional internship for those who can secure it.
