About Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

At Singapore Institute of Technology, applications for the Aug 2027 intake are due by Mar 19, 2027.

The Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is delivered entirely by SIT using a competency-based education (CBE) approach, the first engineering degree in Singapore built this way, combining modules with self-contained learning blocks such as Electronic Systems, Sensing and Actuation, and Semiconductor Manufacturing and Process Control. Built on Singapore's Skills Framework and Industry Transformation Maps, the programme trains students in data analytics, sustainable energy systems, robotics and automation, and semiconductor manufacturing, with an optional specialisation in Semiconductor Manufacturing developed with major semiconductor employers and EDB Singapore. An eight-month Integrated Work Study Programme complements the coursework, preparing graduates for roles in electronics, power, telecommunications and process engineering.
