Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering

At European University of Lefke, tuition costs 2,300 EUR per year.

Electronics and Communication Engineering focuses on the design of electronic systems and the technologies that transmit information, from circuits to communication networks. Typical coursework includes circuit analysis, electronics, signal processing, digital communications, electromagnetics, and telecommunications systems, supported by mathematics and physics foundations and laboratory work with electronic equipment. Students learn to design and analyze electronic circuits, understand how signals are encoded, transmitted, and received across communication systems, and work with the hardware underlying telecommunications infrastructure such as wireless networks. The program typically pairs theoretical study of signals and systems with hands-on laboratory experience building and testing circuits and communication equipment. Graduates commonly pursue careers in telecommunications, electronics design, network engineering, and equipment manufacturing, working for telecom operators, electronics firms, and engineering consultancies, and the degree also provides a foundation for further graduate study in electronics, communications, or electrical engineering. This bachelor's program is offered at European University of Lefke in Lefke, Northern Cyprus, and is taught in English over 4 years. Instruction combines lectures on electronics and communication theory with laboratory sessions where students build circuits and test communication systems, developing both design skills and an understanding of how information moves through modern communication networks that underpin everyday connectivity.
