The Energy Engineering (Bachelor’s degree) programme at Ulm University of Applied Sciences (THU) will teach you how to design systems for an economical and environmentally friendly energy supply, focusing on renewable energy. Electives, projects, and internships offer flexible in-depth specializations, while an optional semester abroad at one of over 60 partner universities will strengthen your intercultural skills. The programme is also available as a dual degree or according to the Ulm Model, with the option to become an energy consultant. You will learn about technologies for the generation, distribution, and use of electrical energy, heat, and other forms of energy, as well as the development of sustainable energy systems and the improvement of energy efficiency. In the 5th semester, you’ll complete an internship at a company or research institution.
