The seven-semester Bachelor's programme in Engineering at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences covers high-tech fields including robotics, electronics, and information and communication technology. Students begin with an orientation semester to identify their strengths and interests, then choose a specialisation from the second semester onward — options include electronics, robotics, sustainable product development, and a combined technical and business engineering track. The flexible structure allows students to combine specialisations according to their own interests. The sixth semester gives students the choice between an internship or a semester abroad. The seventh and final semester is devoted to the bachelor's thesis, which closes with an oral presentation of research findings. Industry collaboration on theses is actively supported. The programme is offered at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, Germany.
