Tuition costs 1 EUR per year.

The Bachelor of Education in English at the Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg focuses on the modular structure of the programme, such as the module called 'Grundlagen der angewandten Linguistik' (Fundamentals of Applied Linguistics) that includes courses like 'Introduction to Linguistics' and 'English Discourse Competence'.

The programme is structured around three main areas: Literature, Cultural Studies, and Linguistics, along with Fremdsprachendidaktik (foreign language didactics). This approach ensures that students gain a comprehensive understanding of the English language, its cultural context, and effective teaching methods.
