Master in Environmental Engineering (MEng)

Graduates of the MEng in Environmental Engineering move into roles such as environmental consultant, water resources engineer, waste management engineer, or environmental compliance specialist, working for consulting firms, utilities, government regulators, NGOs and industrial sustainability teams.

The programme offers three pathways: a project option where you complete a research project under an expert supervisor, a co-op option that combines the project with a paid internship, and a professional option consisting of taught courses. It is delivered in-person, full-time, over a minimum of 16 months, and is aimed at practising engineers or recent science graduates who wish to deepen multidisciplinary skills in sustainable resource use and environmental protection.
