Master in European administration

The master's programme in European Administration at the University of Warsaw, in Warszawa, Poland, is taught in English over two years, with yearly tuition of 3,500 EUR. Beyond the obligatory courses, students take applied specialisation courses, choosing from three tracks: European Affairs Management, EU Funds and Programmes, or EU Diplomacy. Students are required to obtain 60 ECTS credits per academic year from a combination of obligatory and specialisation courses. The three specialisation tracks reflect the different career paths open to graduates: those choosing European Affairs Management focus on the operational side of EU policymaking and institutional coordination; students on the EU Funds and Programmes track study the design, financing and administration of EU funding instruments; and those on the EU Diplomacy track focus on the representational and negotiation aspects of European external relations. This structure allows students entering with a range of academic backgrounds to specialise according to their career interests within the broader field of European administration. The University of Warsaw is Poland's largest and one of its most established universities, and the Faculty running this programme has close links to European institutions and administrative bodies, giving students exposure to practitioners as well as academic staff.
