Bachelor in Eva Marlena Schlosser

A 3D food printer was developed at the HSWT campus Weihenstephan during a project on textured food. The programme in Food Technology at Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf closely integrates such applied projects and practical experience with a strong foundation in the chemistry, biology, and engineering principles of food production. This programme is for those intrigued by the intersection of science and nutrition, and who seek to innovate in food processing and quality assurance.
