Students are introduced to the real estate market with Finance Immobilière, which covers residential, office, commercial, and logistics sectors, as well as market determinants and geography.

The curriculum includes 18 modules, 6 of which are in semester 1. For instance, Financial Analysis equips students with tools to conduct rigorous financial analysis of non-financial corporations and to design leveraged buyouts. The programme is designed for students with a basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. It also offers Marchés de taux d'intérêt which focuses on bond markets and risk management, led by Carole Gresse, a noted expert in the field.
