Accredited by the 'Industrie Agro-ressources' pole, this programme tackles the intellectual challenge of designing and manufacturing formulated products, from paints and cosmetics to adhesives and foodstuffs. It prepares students to understand the structure-property relationships, interfacial phenomena, and complex fluids and solids, and to apply this knowledge to valorise biomolecules derived from agro- resources.
