About the Program

The German Engineering College (GEC) is a digital preparatory programme for students who aim to enter specific MSc degree programmes at RWTH Aachen University. It is designed to close academic knowledge gaps and provides a guaranteed pathway to the following MSc programmes: Computer Aided Conception and Production in Mechanical Engineering; Management and Engineering in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering; Smart Production Engineering; Management and Engineering in Production Systems; Robotic Systems Engineering; Textile Engineering; Resilient Civil Engineering; and Battery Systems Engineering. Participants choose from three academic packages — Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Battery Systems Engineering — and receive a personalised curriculum based on their background.
