PhD in Giorgia Montanucci

The PhD project focuses on the critical examination of digital language teaching, particularly Italian as a second or foreign language. The project is based at the Department of linguistics, literature and international Italian arts (LILAIM), and explores the implications of recent technologies in language education, aiming to make learning more accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to diverse educational needs. The PhD student, Giorgia Montanucci, is part of the XXXVIII cycle (2022-2025) and her research interests include digital language teaching, Italian as L2/LS, glottodidactics, educational technologies, and AI for language learning.
