Giving Feedback is a non-degree program for students who want to learn the best strategies to prepare others to hear and apply effective feedback. This program is offered in English and takes place over several weeks. Its main advantage is helping students shape growth mindsets and evaluate effort.

The curriculum focuses on developing skills to give effective feedback. Students will learn how to appropriately evaluate effort and help others grow. The program includes hands-on components to practice giving feedback.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as a Feedback Specialist, Performance Consultant, or Learning and Development Officer.
