Graduate Microprogram in Public Administration

This programme is for professionals and managers in public sector organizations who want to develop leadership and management skills. It is designed for people working in health, social services, municipalities, school boards, and other public institutions. The programme is open to all public sector employees, including those in federal, provincial, municipal, non-profits, NGOs, and embassies.

The programme consists of three required courses taken over three terms. Each course meets for 15 hours in blocks on Fridays and Saturdays, every three to four weeks. All courses are delivered in person at the ENAP campus in Gatineau. The first course, Leadership Skills, runs from January to March 2027. The other two courses will be scheduled in the fall of 2026.

Students must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum cumulative average of 3.2 out of 4.3. Those with lower averages may still be considered if they have strong professional experience. Candidates without a degree may be admitted with at least ten years of professional experience. All applicants must show strong French language skills and sufficient written English ability.
