This programme prepares students for leadership roles in the hospitality and service sectors. Students gain practical skills in management, marketing, event planning, and revenue management. They complete real-world projects and participate in management simulations. The programme includes a business internship with unpaid part-time work in a real organization.

Four semesters, 60 credits, full-time, includes a Business Internship program.

Graduates enter roles such as assistant hotel manager, front desk manager, event planner, and shift supervisor.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada or an equivalent credential from an approved institution. Applicants who earned their credential in a language other than English must meet the Douglas College English language proficiency requirement.

On-campus, full-time, four semesters.
