This program focuses on designing products, services, and digital systems from the user's perspective. Students start with a two-week prototyping sprint, followed by a methodical study of HCD fundamentals in a hybrid format. The curriculum includes intensive workshops and projects that foster creativity, research, and collaboration. The use of blended learning allows for flexible study, combining online and in-person learning with self-directed study phases. Students work in interdisciplinary teams on projects that require effective communication and project management in both physical and virtual settings.
