Bachelor in Human Resources Management (BSc)

Graduates from the Human Resources Management (BSc) programme often secure roles as HR generalists, HR project managers, or HR consultants with leading firms across the German and global job markets, including at a partner of the institution, the HR consultancy firm Kienbaum. This programme is a collaboration between the school and a number of top HR departments and consultancies, including the German Society for Human Resource Management (DGP). Modules are taught in English and German, reflecting the bilingualism of the workplace, with students often undertaking internships with multinational corporations, while the final year sees students writing a thesis in conjunction with an industry partner.
