Bachelor in Information Engineering

Information Engineering is one of the English-taught bachelor's degrees delivered by the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages (FILS) at Politehnica Bucharest, Romania's largest technical university. The programme sits within FILS's Computers and Information Technology stream, alongside Internet of Things Engineering, and covers software development, computer architecture, databases and information systems engineering over a four-year course. International (non-EU) students are admitted on a separate, lower tuition track from Romanian and EU students, with fees set annually by the university senate and published each academic year. Graduates enter Romania's large outsourcing and technology sector or continue into one of FILS's numerous English-taught master's programmes in fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or software engineering.
