International College

The International College at Dongduk Women's University in Seongbuk-gu, South Korea is an English-taught, four-year program admitting new students in March and September, structured as a coeducational program built around five departments, each fully taught in English. These are the Division of Arts and Media, with a K-Pop Dance track leading to a bachelor of arts in performing arts; the Division of Bio-Health Sciences, with a Digital ABC (aesthetics, beauty, cosmetics) track leading to a bachelor of engineering; the Division of Computing and Software Systems, with an AI and Big Data track leading to a bachelor of engineering; the Division of Global Business, with an influence marketing track leading to a bachelor of arts in IT business administration; and the Division of Korean Language and Culture, with a Korean language and culture studies track leading to a bachelor of arts in Korean culture. Across these divisions, students combine practical, industry-oriented training with academic coursework, whether that means studio and performance practice for dance and media students, science and technique-based coursework for the beauty and cosmetics track, programming and data courses for computing students, marketing and business courses for the global business track, or language and cultural studies for the Korean culture track. Group projects, studio work, and applied assignments tend to feature heavily, reflecting the practical orientation of these tracks. Graduates from the International College's various tracks pursue correspondingly different paths, from performing arts and media careers to roles in cosmetics and beauty science, technology and data roles, marketing and international business, and Korean-culture-related careers such as content creation, translation, or cultural consulting. The program's fully English-medium structure makes it accessible to international students without Korean-language prerequisites.
